Say you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus. To withdraw the bonus, you must place a total of ৳8,000 in bets (৳1,000 × 8). All qualifying bets must have minimum odds of 1.70 or higher.
If you attempt to withdraw before meeting the rollover requirement, the bonus portion will be forfeited — but your original deposited amount will be returned in full.
Taka9999 reserves the right to void bets under certain circumstances — such as when a match is abandoned, incorrect odds are displayed (obvious error), or match-fixing is suspected. Any voided bets will be fully refunded.
If odds on a match are clearly displayed in error (e.g., 30.00 instead of 3.00) and a user places a bet taking advantage of that, taka9999 reserves the right to cancel the bet. This is not a punitive measure — it is part of correcting a system error.
Odds in live betting change continuously. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final — discrepancies due to network delays cannot be corrected. Please be cautious when placing in-play bets on a slow connection.
